Carrie has worked in childcare for 20 years, over 10 of those in management! Carrie has her Level 3 in Early Years Education, and is working on her Level 5. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her children and grandchildren, and sit in her hot tub when she has the chance! 

Lili has been working childcare for over 12 years. She completed a degree in Photojournalism before coming back to Hereford to raise her children. Lili has a Level 3 in Early Years Education, and is currently working on her Level 5. In her non-existent spare time Lili likes to take photos and occasionally try to read a book!​

Rose has worked with children, and within SEND for over ten years, and has a fantastic passion for supporting children. Rose has her Level 3 in Early Years, as well as a Level 5 in Special Education Needs.

Rose is also a qualified hairdresser and loves to dabble in that when she can!

Charlie has worked in childcare for 10 years, both in a nursery setting, and as a childminder. In her spare time you'll find Charlie on the side of a rugby pitch, either supporting the team or administering first aid for her daughters team!

Fran has worked in childcare for over 12 years, 10 of them with Carrie and Rose! Fran has a Level 3 qualification, and runs a Squirrels - Scouts group in her spare time, putting all her wonderful ideas and experience to good use!
